Can I have my own theme? 

Yes, we want this to be your party. Please give us a call to discuss any customizations you would like to have your party. *additional fees may apply

Can you set up in hotels or event spaces? 

Yes! We will work with whatever party space you would like. We just ask for space to be cleaned and ready for us to set up. We are not able to move furniture or other heavy items.

Set up and take down time? 

We would ask that we have a maximum of 1.5 hours to set up and decorate your space and at least 45 minutes for take down.

Are there any delivery fees

There is a $50 delivery for 30 miles outside of greater metro Denver area.

What is required for booking? 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 10 days before the party. Any cancellation after final payment will result in you losing the initial 50% deposit. Upon booking your party we will send you the terms and conditions to sign before payment.

Can I set up the party myself

We are more than happy to offer contact free delivery. We understand the safety of your friends and family is important to you as it is to us. We want to do whatever makes you comfortable.

What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept PayPal or Venmo. (A 3.5% fee will be assessed for use of PayPal)

Are tents waterproof or can I set up outside? 

Our tents are not waterproof, and we discourage the use of tents outside as they do not protect you from outdoor elements.

Pet and Smoking Policy: 

We love our pets, but we ask that no pets be allowed in tents. We ask that you provide a smoke free space for the tents.
